Custom labs
Commission a private lab modelled on an application your team actually ships, and get it graded like every other lab.

What custom labs are
A custom lab is modelled on an application you actually ship — your retrieval shape, your tool schema, your failure mode — rather than a generic stand-in. It runs inside your workspace, and it assigns and grades like any other lab on the platform.
Custom labs is an add-on to a Team plan, currently in preview. It's built for teams who've worked through the public catalogue and want the next lab to match a pattern in their own codebase exactly — a prompt builder, a retrieval filter, a tool validator.
How it works
Everything starts with a scoping call: which feature, which vulnerability class, which audience it's for. Nothing gets built before that conversation happens.
From there, a build typically takes about two weeks. Once it's ready, it lands in your workspace as a private lab you assign the same way you'd assign anything from the public catalogue — to a person, a group, or a cohort, with a due date if you want one. See assignments for how that works.
Your data stays yours
The lab is built against a sanitised stand-in of your application, not your production system. No production data leaves your side at any point in the process.
Modelled, not mirroredThe scoping call captures the shape of your feature — retrieval structure, tool signatures, the pattern that fails — and that shape is what gets rebuilt, seeded with the flaw, and graded.
What it costs, and how to start
A custom lab costs $499, billed once per lab. One year of support is included at no recurring fee, so the lab stays calibrated against current model behavior for that period.
Custom labs are priced and billed separately from your Team subscription — commissioning one doesn't change your seat price. Start with a scoping conversation rather than a purchase; see the pricing page for current add-on terms.
