Create an assignment
Pick a learning path, then set a due date and choose who it's for: a group, a cohort, specific roles, or hand-picked individuals. Assignments are built from curated learning paths — not one-off labs — so each one carries a coherent arc rather than a single exercise.
Mark it required to flag mandatory training, and set it to recur — weekly or monthly — for work that needs repeating, like a periodic refresher. You can also require a prerequisite path to be finished first, so nobody jumps ahead of the fundamentals.
A due date is a target for reporting, not a lock. Nothing stops a member from finishing an objective after the date passes — it shows up as completed late instead of on time.

That's what stops one learner's extracted value from working as another's answer. Nobody can hand a coupon code or a canary to a teammate — it won't match on a different session. That holds whether you assigned to one group, one cohort, or the whole team at once.
Track progress
Each assignment shows a completion percentage across everyone it was sent to. Open it to see individual members, whether they're done, and how they did — the same objective met, partial, and not met bands used across the platform, plus how many attempts it took. A member who hasn't started shows as assigned. An approaching or passed due date doesn't block their attempt — it only affects how the assignment reads in your reporting.
Change or remove an assignment
You can mark a member's assignment complete or incomplete by hand, and remove any one member from an assignment without touching anyone else's. Marking it complete by hand is useful for crediting work finished outside the platform, or fixing a mistake, without waiting on a new attempt.
There's no in-place edit for the due date or the target audience once an assignment is live. To reshape scope or push the deadline, retire it and create a new one — the progress your team already made stays on record.
