Instructor-led training
Turn a coverage gap into a scheduled set of days your whole team attends together, taught live by the founder.

What it is
Instructor-led training runs the same labs, the same live targets, and the same grading you'd meet in the public catalogue — compressed into scheduled days taught by the founder. A cohort finishes what a backlog defers: instead of "the team will get to it eventually," a domain gets covered end to end by a date on the calendar.
It's delivered privately to your team, not as a public class. Dates are agreed with you after booking, not fixed in advance.
The tracks
Four private tracks are available:
| Track | Length | For |
|---|---|---|
| Offensive fundamentals | ~4 days | Testers new to attacking live AI targets |
| Agentic & MCP | ~4 days | Red-teamers moving from single prompts to tool-using agents |
| Defence | ~2 days | Developers building and testing guardrails |
| Custom | Scoped to your team | A specific coverage target, agreed with you |
Every track runs on the same live targets and objective-based labs as the rest of the platform — a cohort doesn't get a separate curriculum, just a compressed, guided path through the real one.
How a cohort runs
A cohort day mixes taught sessions, live walkthroughs, and the same hands-on labs your team would otherwise work through on their own. Attendance is tracked for every day of the program.
Same grading, same evidenceA lab worked during a cohort is graded the same way as any other attempt — objective met, partial, or not met — and it counts toward your team's coverage afterward.
Booking
Booking is enquiry-first: ask a question, and dates get agreed with you from there rather than picked off a public calendar. Every track has a 5-seat minimum.
See the pricing page for current terms. If a coverage gap is smaller than a full cohort justifies, a due-date assignment against the public catalogue may close it without booking a track at all.
