Switch billing, buy a one-off pass, download invoices, or cancel — all from one place, on your terms.
Where billing lives
Everything to do with your subscription lives under Plans & billing in your account, in the app. That one screen shows your current plan, your billing cycle and renewal date, your payment method, and your invoice history — and it's where you change any of them.
Payments are handled by our processorCheckout and cards run through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Your card details never touch GenAI Security Lab, and charges show up as DODOPAY_GENAISECURITY on your statement.
Monthly or yearly
You can move between monthly and yearly whenever you like. Switching up to yearly takes effect immediately and we prorate the difference; switching down to monthly is scheduled for the end of your current period, so you keep what you've paid for. A pending change shows as a banner you can undo any time before it takes effect.

The 3-month pass
If a subscription isn't what you want, there's a one-off pass: three months of everything in Individual, paid once. It doesn't auto-renew — no card is kept on file, there's nothing to cancel, and when the three months are up your account simply returns to the free tier. It's the honest option for a concentrated run at the material or a push toward the exam.
Invoices and payment
Every charge produces an invoice you can download from Plans & billing — each one is the proper tax document, hosted by our payment processor. To change the card on file, open Manage billing, which takes you to the processor's secure portal. If your account uses an academic email, the 30% student discount is applied automatically — there's no code to enter.
Cancelling
You can cancel from Plans & billing at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account returns to the free tier — your completed labs and your coverage stay exactly where they are, ready if you come back.

Your account
Everything that isn't billing lives under Settings: your name, appearance, and the danger zone for deleting your account. For security, passwords are changed through the email reset link rather than in the app, and your sign-in email is fixed to the address you registered with.
