Where to manage billing

Manage your subscription under Plans & billing in your account in the app. This screen shows your current plan, billing cycle and renewal date, payment method, and invoice history. You can also make changes there.

Monthly or yearly

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. Switching to yearly takes effect immediately, with the difference prorated. Switching to monthly takes effect at the end of your current period, so you keep what you've paid for. A pending change appears in a banner, and you can undo it any time before it takes effect.

The 4-Month Individual Pass

The one-off pass gives you four months of everything in Individual for a single payment. It doesn't auto-renew, no card is kept on file, and there's nothing to cancel. After four months, your account returns to the free tier. The pass suits a focused period of study or exam preparation.

Invoices and payment

Every charge produces an invoice you can download from Plans & billing. Each invoice is a tax document hosted by our payment processor. To change the card on file, open Manage billing to access the processor's secure portal. Students can request a student discount coupon by emailing [email protected] from a .edu, .edu.* or .ac.* school address. We'll send it within 1 business day. Enter it in the discount-code box at checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel from Plans & billing at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account returns to the free tier. Your completed labs and coverage are preserved if you return.

Your account

Non-billing account settings are under Settings: your name, appearance, and the danger zone for deleting your account. For security, you change your password through the email reset link rather than in the app. Your sign-in email is fixed to the address you registered with.
