Hiring assessments
Send candidates a hands-on assessment against live targets, and get back evidence your panel can weigh instead of another résumé.

Proof, not résumés
Hiring assessments let you hire AI security talent on proof, not résumés. Send a candidate a link, and they exploit live targets under the same objective-based format as every lab on the platform — no take-home essay, no whiteboard trivia.
Screening is auto-graded, proctored, and mapped to the OWASP LLM Top 10 by design, not as an afterthought bolted onto a generic test.
How screening works
A candidate's assessment is timed and proctored. They work against live targets — the same kind of seeded target apps used everywhere else on the platform — and are scored on whether they actually extract or trigger what the objective asks for, not on a description of how they'd do it.
A single assessment usually spans several targets, one per objective, so a candidate moves from target to target the way they would in the public catalogue. Because each candidate's target is seeded independently, nobody can pass a working payload along to whoever sits the assessment after them.
Same platform underneathA hiring assessment isn't a separate exam engine bolted on for candidates — it runs the same live-target and grading machinery as the rest of the platform.
What you get
Screening finishes with an auto-graded score and a per-candidate report mapped to the OWASP LLM Top 10 — evidence for your panel, not a verdict. Nobody on your side hand-grades a submission.
A candidates view tracks every person's score and exactly which targets they solved, across the ten OWASP categories the assessment spans, so you can compare candidates on the same basis before a single interview happens. Teams typically report screening candidates around six times faster than manual review, since there's no write-up to read line by line before you know whether someone could actually do the work.
